Structural characteristics
Conductor: 2 pairs of 4 cores (2x2x14AWG) stranded tinned copper wire, in line with relevant standards, ensuring good conductivity and flexibility.
Insulation: Made of high-quality polyethylene (PE) insulation material, the insulation layer has a uniform thickness, which can effectively prevent short circuits and signal interference between conductors.
Shielding: Generally, double shielding with aluminum foil/polyester composite tape shielding rate + tinned copper braided mesh with 90% shielding rate is used, which can effectively prevent the influence of external electromagnetic interference on the signal and reduce the signal radiation outward.
Drain wire: 14AWG (7×20AWG) tinned copper wire stranded conductor is used as grounding protection to enhance the anti-interference ability of the cable.
Outer sheath: Mostly industrial gray PVC outer sheath, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and can adapt to different use environments. The color of the outer sheath can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Minimum bending radius: Generally 6 times the cable diameter during installation.
Working temperature: Usually between – 30℃ and +70℃.
