Structural characteristics
Conductor: 3 pairs of 6 cores (3x2x21AWG) stranded tinned copper wire, in line with VDE0295 Class 5 standard, to ensure good conductivity and flexibility.
Insulation: Polyethylene (PE) or PE insulation material imported from Germany is usually used. The thickness of the insulation layer is uniform, which can effectively prevent short circuits and signal interference between conductors.
Shielding: Generally, double shielding is adopted, which is tinned copper wire precision weaving and aluminum-plastic composite tape wrapping shielding, which can effectively prevent the influence of external electromagnetic interference on the signal and reduce the signal radiation outward.
Drain wire: Tinned copper wire precision bundle guide wire is used as grounding protection to enhance the anti-interference ability of the cable.
Outer sheath: Mostly industrial gray PVC outer sheath, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and can adapt to different use environments. The color of the outer sheath can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Minimum bending radius: Generally 8 times the cable diameter during installation.
Working temperature: Usually between – 30℃ and +70℃.
Tensile strength: Meet certain tensile requirements to ensure that the cable will not break easily during normal use and installation.
Compression resistance: Can withstand certain pressure, such as ground pressure or extrusion of other objects during laying.
