Cable structure
Conductor: Usually 23AWG single-core bare copper is used, and the number of cores is 4 pairs and 8 cores to ensure good conductivity and signal transmission performance.
Insulation: The insulator is made of polyethylene polymer material or high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and the insulation wire diameter is usually around 1.02mm, with good insulation performance and stability, which can effectively reduce signal attenuation and crosstalk.
Shielding layer: A double shielding structure of aluminum foil and braided mesh is adopted. Each pair of twisted pairs has a separate aluminum foil shielding layer, which can effectively isolate the electromagnetic interference between the pairs; a layer of copper wire mesh is also wrapped in the sheath, which further enhances the overall shielding effect and can effectively resist external electromagnetic interference, such as various electromagnetic interference generated during the operation of the elevator.
Frame: A cross isolation is set in the center of the cable, and the four pairs of twisted pairs are stuck in the groove of the frame to maintain the relative position of the four pairs of twisted pairs, improve the balance characteristics and crosstalk attenuation of the cable, and ensure that the balance structure of the cable is not destroyed during the installation process.
Sheath: The outer skin material is made of flame-retardant polymer materials, such as low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) materials or high-quality PVC mixtures, and the color is usually gray. The sheath has the properties of wear resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, tear resistance, etc. to meet the requirements of the elevator operating environment, and also meet the relevant fire protection standards. Tensile strength: The cable should have sufficient tensile strength, and the general tensile strength can reach more than 500N to withstand the tension during the operation of the elevator, ensuring that there will be no core wire breakage during long-term use.
Bending radius: The minimum bending radius is generally about 10 times the cable diameter. When installed in the elevator car and shaft, it can adapt to a certain degree of bending and twisting without affecting the performance and service life of the cable.
Abrasion resistance: The sheath material has good wear resistance and can withstand friction and scratches during the operation of the elevator, such as contact friction with the elevator car, shaft wall, etc.
Environmental resistance: It can be used normally in the temperature range of -30℃~+70℃, has good weather resistance and anti-aging performance, and can adapt to the humidity, high temperature and other environmental conditions that may occur in the elevator shaft.

Transmission distance: Under the premise of ensuring the quality of signal transmission, the general transmission distance can reach about 100 meters.
Compatibility: Complies with six standards such as TIA/EIA-568B, EN50173-1 and ISO 11801:2002, and is compatible with other standard network devices and communication equipment, such as network switches, routers, surveillance cameras, intercom systems, etc.
