Structural characteristics
Conductor: 2 pairs of 4 cores (2x2x16AWG) multi-stranded tinned copper wire, in line with VDE0295 Class 5 standard, such as 16AWG (7×22AWG) tinned copper wire stranded conductor, to ensure good conductivity and flexibility.
Insulation: Usually using German imported PE insulation material, the thickness of the insulation layer is uniform, which can effectively prevent short circuits and signal interference between conductors.
Shielding: Generally using aluminum foil/polyester composite tape shielding rate + tinned copper braided mesh 90% shielding rate for double shielding, which can effectively prevent the influence of external electromagnetic interference on the signal and reduce the radiation of the signal outward.
Drain line: Use 16AWG (7×22AWG) tinned copper wire stranded conductor as grounding protection to enhance the anti-interference ability of the cable.
Outer sheath: Mostly industrial gray PVC outer sheath, with wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, can adapt to different use environments. The color of the outer sheath can also be customized according to customer requirements.
