Structural characteristics
Conductor: 2 pairs of 4 cores (2x2x18AWG) stranded tinned copper wires. If some use 18AWG (7×26AWG) tinned copper wire stranded conductors to ensure good conductivity and flexibility.
Insulation: Polyethylene (PE) insulation is usually used, and the thickness of the insulation layer is uniform, which can effectively prevent short circuits and signal interference between conductors.
Shielding: Generally, double shielding is used, with a shielding rate of 90% for aluminum foil/polyester composite tape + tinned copper braided mesh, which can effectively prevent the influence of external electromagnetic interference on the signal and reduce the radiation of the signal.
Drain line: 18AWG (7×26AWG) tinned copper wire stranded conductor is used as grounding protection to enhance the anti-interference ability of the cable.
Outer sheath: Mostly industrial black PVC outer sheath, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and can adapt to different use environments. The color of the outer sheath can also be customized according to customer requirements.
